Born and raised on a rural property outside of Orange, my community experienced firsthand the challenges that some families face when searching for trustworthy babysitters.
My journey began with a move to Sydney to study Primary Education at the University of Sydney. During my years in such a bustling urban environment, I became acutely aware of the absence of babysitting services commonly available to families in city settings. Having had a wealth of experience in the realm of nannying and babysitting during these years and now having taught for half a decade in a full-time teaching career, the realisation of families struggling to find babysitters in rural settings became all too real when I decided to make the move back to Orange.
Having observed the struggle within the Orange community, I was inspired to establish Nest & Nurture Agency. A platform for parents to seek reliable, reference-checked, and enthusiastic babysitters.
The vision for this agency is rooted in the belief that every family, regardless of their location, deserves access to qualified and trustworthy babysitters.
At Nest & Nurture we are here to create a nurturing community. We put in the effort to communicate with, interview and check all babysitters who apply. Nest & Nurture strives for parents to confidently entrust the well-being of their children when they have some time off!
